Description
A notable example of medieval architecture in Western Kazakhstan — a mausoleum with a tall conical dome.
Abat-Baitak is one of the most significant architectural monuments in the Aktobe region. The mausoleum is distinguished by its tall conical dome and fired-brick masonry.
The site is an important source for studying the medieval urban culture and burial traditions of the region. A later necropolis is preserved around it.
